• There is NO registration fee for NEW STUDENTS. The registration fee is $30.00/student for CONTINUING STUDENTS and is due at the time of registration. We offer tuition discounts for families who elect to pay yearly tuition in advance and for families with multiple children. Please contact the studio for more details.
• September and June tuition (including registration/insurance fees) are due at the time of registration. If you have not paid your first 2 months in full, your child will not be guaranteed a place in his/her class. Tuition is payable on or before the 15th of every month.
• The school session is ten (10) months – September through June. For your convenience, your YEARLY TUITION is divided into ten (10) payments. You may choose to pay in full or in 3, 4, or 6 month increments. At the very least, tuition must be paid in ten (10) payments by each due date. Tuition is calculated by classes your child will take per hour. School holidays (including picture days, dress rehearsals, etc.) have been considered in this figure.
• A 5% late fee (on the unpaid/late portion of your account balance) will be charged after the 15th of each month. A service charge of $40.00 will be billed for all returned checks. We accept MasterCard and Visa ($50.00 minimum) as well as personal checks and cash. Processing card payments must be done in person at our studio OR you may enroll in our Credit Card Program by checking “recurring billing” authorizing Front & Center Dance Studio to debit your credit card for monthly payments (this includes all on account charges). We do not accept Discover or AMEX.
• Tuition is non-refundable. If a student misses a class it is up to them to obtain the missed material. WE DO NOT “PAUSE” OR “FREEZE” YOUR ACCOUNT ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS THE WAY A GYM MEMBERSHIP MIGHT. Dance seasons are a full year commitment. Keep in mind that private make up lessons are always offered, however no tuition will be refunded for missed classes and you will be charged the normal hourly rate for a private lesson.
• All students participate in our annual RECITAL, ALWAYS scheduled for the weekend after Memorial Day Weekend. We do NOT require families to purchase a specified number of recital tickets. We do, however, ask each family to sell (or purchase) a half page ad ($80.00) in our program booklet for the recital.
• ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE A PINK WAIVER FORM SIGNED BEFORE THE START OF THEIR FIRST CLASS EACH YEAR.
